Rumour has it that Luxembourg is an up-and-coming destination in the world of wine - so, of course, we had to pay a visit. Whilst there, we discovered a Riesling which perfectly balances acidic notes with a smooth finish; we paired it with a flavourful Mexican meal. This fruity white is the ideal wine to accompany spiced dishes like curry.
