Made from the winemaker's best selection of Touriga Nacional grapes. Previously destemmed the grapes went through a low temperature prefermentative maceration for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel vats with temperature control for 14 days. Skin contact maceratoin and cap (submerged) for 28 days, with four to six months ageing in oak barrels.
