When the founder, Neil Walker, of The Secret Vine said he was going surfing and wine tasting in Portugal for the summer, we thought it was a small holiday. 2 months later he returned with a big beard, a sun tan and lots of amazing Portuguese wine as well as a new surf board. The wines found are amazing. We asked for his top three and instantly his answers were Mosaico, Opaco and Touriz.
