Albert Glas Chardonnay embodies this concept, using German oak from the nearby Palatine forest to store the wines, rather than the usual French or American oak. This nod to local tradition, as well as the wine's signature acidity, softened by notes of pear and quince, make it the perfect addition to our collection.
