This workshop is led by world famous Cognitive Psychologist Dominique Valentin, a Professor Emerita and Researcher at the Agro Dijon Institute and the Centre for Taste and Feeding Behaviour in Dijon, France. Professor Valentin holds a PhD in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas (1996).
